This class is for everyone, new and experienced breathers alike. Transformational breath is a powerful self-healing tool. In this class we will be invigorating our physical bodies, as well as calming our mental minds while addressing our emotional beings. Conscious connected breathing will always bring us closer to our own spiritual nature. It’s as simple and breathing in and out.
This class includes intention setting, time for sharing, questions and integration, and a full 1-hour breathing session.
Alva has been certified with the Transformational Breath foundation for 11 years. Her mission is to help others learn to help themselves with simple yet profound conscious breathing technique.
You will leave this class feeling lighter brighter and ready for the New Year.
