Hannah leads meditations through a poetic lens, meaning they flow and rhyme into ways our subconscious can grasp a hold of, while leaving the old behind. Often this trance like meditation leaves people feeling renewed, and restored. Through guided imagery and body awareness, these meditations can help us further dive into the parts of us that make us who we are, and what connects us all...love.

Hi I'm Hannah Wilson. My journey in the wellness sector started when I was 5 years into the pharmaceutical industry being treated for a chronic condition. After many failed medications, leaving me with even worse side effects, I knew there had to be another way. Looking for answers, I sought out help from a holistic practitioner who helped my body find balance and enabled me to get off of these medications that weren't helping.
While exploring both western and eastern health and wellness, I have found the one thing that has helped me throughout it all, meditation. My personal practice quickly grew into learning transcendental meditation, hatha yoga and yoga nidra and then bringing it to others by leading guided meditations and to help others along their own meditation journeys.
