Spirit & Yoga Festival: Presented by Goddess I AM & Unity of Naples

All applications and fees are to be submitted together. No booth will be assigned or held until full payment is made. Once we agree to your participation, we will assign you a space. You will be notified of your acceptance. There will a Raffle and would appreciate donations of goods or services to use as prizes and a promotion of your business.

The day of the event: Upon arrival, check in with our Festival Managers for your booth space and vendor bracelet. You may include 1 helper if you are a vendor or healer.

Vendor
Booths are 10x4. This allows for passage in walk-ways. $75.
You provide your own tables, chairs and displays. Limited electric available.
Set up begins at 7:45. You may park your car close to your booth to unload, then please move it to the back of the parking lot. Please tuck away all boxes so it is visually clean. All vendors need to stay open until 6pm. Only then is it ok to break down. If there are any extenuating circumstances please contact one of the Festival Managers to discuss. You are responsible for all monies/credit card processing. Please bring change and chargers if needed. No one will be able to offer you this on site.
Vendor booth rules: You may not share your booth with another company. You may not offer readings or healings in your booth. Please eat with customers in mind, they don’t want to see you chowing down as they shop. Be professional and uphold the spirit of the day.

Reader
Booth will allow for a card table or up to a 4ft table. $75
You provide your own tables, chairs and cloths. Limited electric available.

If there are any extenuating circumstances please contact one of the Festival Managers to discuss. Bring sign up sheets and pens. You are responsible for all monies/credit card processing. Please bring change & chargers if needed. No one will be able to offer you this on site.
Reader booth rules: You may not share your booth with anyone else. You may not sell anything at your table. If you wish to sell stuff, get a vendor booth instead. No huge signs or displays unless you plan to tuck them within your 4ft space.

Healer
Booths are 10x4 to accommodate a massage table and or table/chairs. $75. You provide your own tables/chairs. Limited electric available. Set up begins at 7:45. You may park your car close to your booth to unload, then please move it to the back of the parking lot. All healers need to stay open until 6pm. If there are any extenuating circumstances please contact one of the Festival Managers to discuss. Bring sign up sheets and pens. You are responsible for all monies/credit card processing. Please bring change & chargers if needed. No one will be able to offer you this on site.
Healer booth rules: You may not share your booth with anyone else. You can coordinate with a helper who speaks with clients but only you will do the healing. You may only sell products as they relate to your healing. EX. If you offer massage, you can sell a few massage-related products. If you offer nutritional advice and sell a related product, that’s ok. Please don’t try to take advantage by offering a wide variety of products in the guise of being a healer booth. Local Business Promotional Booth: $50
This is a booth for local holistic businesses to promote their services, but will not be selling anything at the festival. For example, yoga studios, chiropractors, nutritionists etc...
You will be able to chat and hand out marketing material at your space

There is an expectation that you will promote our Festival through your Social Media channels as well as using your email list....We see this as a community effort and appreciate all efforts to help us make this a huge Naples success!!

Basic Rules:
1.If you cannot participate we need 2 weeks notice or your booth rental is forfeit. You cannot “give” your booth to someone else. We must approve all participants prior to the festival.
2.All spaces need to be respected. You cannot “grow” beyond the boundary set up by the Festival managers. All signage must fit within your space. Any tables or displays inching beyond your assigned space will need to be adjusted to fit. Strict adherence to this is imperative.
3.No soliciting your services/booth outside of your space.
4.Respect the walls and floors—we can leave no marks, tape residue, gouges etc...
5.You are solely responsible for carrying your own insurance, permits, licenses and paying taxes. All participants are considered independent contractors. Unity of Naples & Goddess I AM are exempt from responsibility related to participant’s business. If the show is cancelled or the space becomes unusable due to situations beyond our control, Unity of Naples, Goddess I AM & Elizabeth Brown-Rinella are exempt from any and all claims, damages, loss, expenses and other related costs.
6.Festival Managers reserve the right to refuse entry to and the right to remove any persons and participants who act unprofessionally, unethically, are rude or disrespectful to others and their property. If asked to leave due to your own actions, all fees will be forfeit.
7.All descriptions of businesses are to be honest and upfront. If a business is found to be different from the description, Festival Managers retain the right to ask them to leave forfeiting all fees.
8.By signing the contract, you agree to hold harmless Unity of Naples, Goddess I AM and Elizabeth Brown-Rinella from any and all liability for loss, damage, risk, injury to persons, goods and property as a result of this Festival.
