Sound Bath Healing Session with Teresa

Join me for an energizing, restorative and uplifting weekly Sound Bath with crystal sound bowls, crystal pyramids, drums and other healing frequencies.

Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. Sound healing helps to restore your body's balance which in turn helps you heal.  This modality has the ability to shift energy, clear blockages, help alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression. It can create a better night’s sleep and restore the mind, body, and spirit to a balanced state and more. By including other instruments, such as they crystal pyramid and tuning forks, and even singing or chanting frequencies, these too can further the healing process.

Dress comfortable, bring a matt for lying down! Some matts and blankets available.
