Monday Morning Guided Meditation with Teresa at 10am
This class will focus on slow, deep breathing techniques and meditative postures. No experience necessary. Description: Experience wonderful new energy and a calm state of mind while you connect with Spirit and other guides. The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. This meditation will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. This meditation will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience, love, and mindfulness.
Teresa will incorporate sound bowls and other frequencies for the meditation to promote a calm and relaxed environment during the guided meditation.
****Sound Bowl and other frequencies are not recommended for pregnant women in the first 120 days of pregnancy and for individuals with a pacemaker (unless authorized by your medical professional).
